a bit of a cleanup

I didn't spend too much time on it yet, because I'm feeling rather tired. I cleaned up the sketch, worked out some of the details while maintaining the character and the pose of the original sketch. The repositioning of the moon could work out like this, I need to ponder about this ... nighty night

Little update

More faery, different colors

So I've put in more detail, I worked on the shading and the composition ... I also switched the color back to the original one

longer legs always look better ...

Longer legs, less saturated ... tomorrow I'll do the wings and I'll probably add some ornaments to the dress

Changed the legs back to the previous version, increased the contrast ... not sure if that was a good idea, I should get a bit more distance from this image and maybe start a new one tomorrow ...

Today I've been working a bit on the upper part of the body.

I chose a palet, worked on the image, then decided to change the color palet anyway ... Guess that's typically me :p

I'll keep on working on this image just to see how much more detail I can add. In doing so, I need to be aware not to lose the dynamism of the image.

This one went through different stages. I really had no idea what i was going to draw, but it still ended up nicely. One of these days, I'm going back to drawing ref; my main focus will be on colors.

I like this one a lot

Same old guy, different approach ... I started out with a soft gray brush, and kept on adding layers. It gives a much softer look, but at least it's easier to pintpoint and correct mistakes :)
